TWO POSSIBILITIES:
The explosion proof EJB enclosures with solid lids: The EJB Atex Ex d enclosures with solid lids are used when there is a big number of control and signalling devices that need to be installed in certain positions on the lid.
The explosion proof EJB enclosures with ribbed lids: The EJB Atex Ex d enclosures with ribbed lids are used when there is no particular need to install control and signalling devices on the lid. In addition, they weigh less, meaning they are easier to mount than enclosures with solid lids.
